Many people believe that poor hygiene is the main cause of acne. This is not completely true. Acne is caused by the mixture of sebum and dead skin cells. This combination of solution inside a pore can be difficult to clean because of its location. To wash the face once or twice a day will help keep skin healthy. We've all heard that chocolate and other junk foods cause acne. Today there is no scientific evidence that supports this assertion. Many studies have been done on this and have provided no significant data to show that this is really true. Skin condition but is based on health, radiant and healthy skin comes from a healthy body. There seems to be new evidence that suggests that milk and other foods high in iodine can cause skin inflammation and acne. We all know that milk, but iodine is not so easily identifiable. Iodine is found in seafood, so limit your intake! People seem to think that the amount is the trick when it comes to acne medication including creams, astringents, and oral medications. The excessive use of acne ointments only irritate the skin, and obviously any high-dose pill is bad news. Many people believe that acne only affects teenagers in puberty, but anyone with acne will tell you that this is not true. It is true that acne is a common occurrence in our teenage years, and usually clears by the time they are entering their twenties. Acne is not limited by age group can even begin in your thirties or forties. People often think of squeezing your acne to help them heal faster. This could not be more wrong, more pressing irritated acne skin as it spreads the bacterium that causes acne to begin with. Squeezing acne also cause long term damage such as scars, so they make the decision: to address the ugly stain now, or squeeze and see scars forever?
